professional development plan

Following graduation, maintaining and expanding professional knowledge is critical to being an effective and engaged scholar-practitioner in student affairs. In order to direct growth in these areas, I have created a plan to guide my professional development over the next three years in various functional and knowledge areas. At the time I am writing this, I know I will be moving into a Hall Director role at The Ohio State University, so I tried to create this plan with that in mind. This is especially true when I mention my Community Development plan, which is what Hall Directors at OSU use to guide learning and development in their particular residence hall.
